At PEADS Lab, we offer a postpartum support group to help new parents navigate the early months with confidence. Our group provides a safe space for sharing experiences, asking questions, and building community.
Our 4-week mom-baby yoga sessions support postpartum recovery while strengthening the parent-infant bond. These gentle classes focus on movement, relaxation, and connection in a welcoming, baby-friendly environment.
Our 4-week toddler breakfast program introduces little ones to solid foods in a fun, supportive setting. Parents and toddlers explore new tastes and textures together while learning about nutrition, feeding cues, and healthy habits.
